Update to hyperthermia booking policy & pricing.
13 December 2022Dear Patient,
Like many of the small businesses in Australia, we continue to face numerous challenges in the recent times due to external forces and uncertainties in the world today. Much of these have put upwards pressure on the cost of living therefore directly and indirectly flow on to the cost of carrying out the medical care.
In order to continue operating in a way that delivers the best and safest possible patient care, to ensure forward planning of adequate nursing staff level, we have decided to adjust some of our booking policies and prices for the local and whole body hyperthermia.
All prior bookings for Local and whole body hyperthermia will attract a booking fee of $190.00 at time of booking. Bookings can be made up to each Friday for the following week, one week in advance only. This fee will be credited towards the full treatment cost at the time of attending. Please note this booking fee is refundable if you cancel your hyperthermia treatment by Friday for following week. The only exception is if you are tested positive for Covid 19.
For example:
For Local Hyperthermia,
- a booking fee is $190 payable at time of booking
- after the treatment the balance of $190 is payable.
The new price for:
- Local Hyperthermia will be : $380
- Whole Body Hyperthermia will be: $ 380.00
The new booking policy and prices will be effective as 9th January 2023.
Thank you in advance for your understanding and corporation.
